The undersigned hereby authorizes 818 Capital Partners ("818"), its agents, assignees, and lender partners to order one or more consumer and business credit reports from time to time, to verify other credit and background information including past and present mortgage references, banking relationships, and employment history, and to request federal income tax transcripts via IRS Form 4506-C. The undersigned understands that a photocopy, facsimile, or scanned image of this form will serve as authorization. The information obtained will be used in the processing of this credit application and in the monitoring of the undersigned's credit during the term of any loan transaction entered into with 818 or its lender partners.
